The number of Fire & Ice Facials necessary to achieve desired results varies depending on the person, skin concerns, conditions and goals.

Here is a suggestion:

For General Skin Health and Maintenance: If the goal is general skin rejuvenation, maintaining skin health, or a ‘glow’ for a special occasion, even a single Fire & Ice Facial can provide noticeable results. Many people choose to have this treatment before events for its immediate effect of leaving the skin brighter and more radiant.
   2. For Specific Skin Concerns: For those targeting specific skin issues like acne, hyperpigmentation, or signs of aging (like fine lines and wrinkles), a series of treatments may be recommended for optimal results. This could range from 4 to 6 treatments, typically spaced 3 to 6 weeks apart. The exact number and frequency will depend on individual skin responses and the severity of the skin concerns.
   3. For Long-term Results and Maintenance: After achieving the desired results, some individuals opt for regular treatments (such as once every month or two) as part of their ongoing skincare regimen to maintain the skin’s appearance and health.

This treatment is not recommended for anyone who has had Botox injections within the last 1-13 days, actively using retinols within the last 7 days or taking Accutane or other similar products within the last 6 months.

We get it! Why wouldn’t you be nervous when a person holds a razor blade to your face??!!
Dermaplaning uses a razor to exfoliate dead skin cells, surface debris and peach fuzz that traps dirt and oils.

Simply put NO. This is a myth.
The hair will grow back but will not change color or become more course. Because it was cut straight across with the razor, it will feel coarser when growing back. If you let it grow out more than 2mm, you will notice it softens and is the same as it was before dermaplaning.

By removing the initial layer of skin, a peel (mild or strong) or facial can penetrate the skin easier resulting in a more effective treatment. Together they will team up to target all your skin concerns such as aging, sunspots, and skin damage.

We would like to say yes, forever and ever. The truth is, every person is different. The follicles that are currently there we can zap away. Hormone changes in the body etc. create new follicles. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

We say a solid 6 treatments usually gets everything. The Brazilian and the bikini areas are very stubborn. These areas will usually take a few more treatments.

We use a cold air simmer along with the laser in order to minimize any discomfort. For those who are extra sensitive, we provide numbing cream to be applied beforehand at an extra fee.

We suggest shaving the evening before your treatment. You cannot be tanned or using self tanners. This is because you will be burned. We suggest 4 weeks post tan before receiving a treatment. To alleviate extra discomfort, we recommend women schedule around their cycle. If you come during your cycle, you may be more sensitive.

5-7 days. You will be able to continue with life after treatment. The spot treated will get dark brown, and within 5-7 days will flake off.

15 minutes

The actual treatment feels like a mild bacon grease splatter. We then cool the area with cold air.

We can treat markings associated with sun damage, age spots and beauty marks. We cannot treat hyperpigmentation areas related to the natural darkening of underarms, knees etc.

1-3 treatments.

The discomfort is minimal. We use cold air on the area after the treatment.
